Trying Chrome
So I have downloaded and installed the Google Chrome browser. Why, you may ask? Because:

1. I am webmaster for a few pages and want to test them on Chrome
2. Want to see if there is anything better in this browser than FireFox
3. If I have one gmail account open in Firefox, I need a different browser to open my second gmail account at the same time.

True, I could use IE for no. 3 and have, but I thought it was time to give Chrome a try.

Anyone using this yet?

I dunno ... these Generation Z types and their thirst for trying new toys.

I support your concept for #3 - to avoid having to open IE ... but haven't tried it myself. Figured I'd give all you technology geeks a chance to find the bugs first. :p

Hope you and yours are well!

So far, Chrome is a bit faster then Firefox and much faster than IE on my laptop. I am checking out new things because I hope to get a netbook as my Christmas present and what it to be software light.

I installed it back in December, but found it so barebones as to be distracting. Unless they've hidden features somewhere--almost none of the standard toolbars or anything I'm used to are there, and it's distracting.

Like, no help item where I can go to check which version I'm running?

Ultimately, I got bored. Firefox does everything I need except print well.
